When we think of Spring, we often identify it as a time of renewal and growth.  This applies as much to the spiritual and energetic aspects of our lives as it does to the physical and environmental aspects.  If you are attracted by the prospect of setting aside a day (or part of one) to focus on personal healing and learning, this hands on workshop program is for you.  Over the course of the day, participants will gather and hone intuitive and energy-based skills and participate in relevant guided meditations.  The program is divided into six sessions with time for breaks and is supplemented by individual Reiki sessions at no additional cost (optional).

The Agenda:

1.  How to Meditate" (suitable for the beginner and those who are out of practice).  This session will include a variety of techniques and practice time. 

2.  "How to Balance the Chakras" (suitable for all levels, will include

     various techniques).  10:30 AM

3.  "How to Clear and Protect the Aura" (suitable for all levels)  12:30 PM

4.  "Guided Meditation with Archangel Raphael" (designed for personal

     Healing issues.....participants will come away with "tools" to use in

     daily life)  1:45 PM
5.  "Guided Meditation with the Blessed Mother" (designed for

     unforgiveness/self love issues... participants will be given "tools" to

     use in daily life)  3:00 PM

6.  Group Healing.....Ellen will channel the Divine Mother to give healingenergy to all those who wish it....  (individually and collectively)  4:00 PM

This workshop experience will sometimes be intensive.  It is designed to provide access to and practice in using and applying a variety of important basic skills.  All activities will be focused on healing and empowerment in a safe and supportive environment.  We hope you will be able to join us.

About the workshop leader.

Ellen Capobianco has been a practicing Reiki Master Teacher since 2000.  She maintains a private practice and conducts workshops throughout Illinois and Indiana.  Her practice includes Reiki, Medical Intuition, Channeling, Akashic Records Readings, Energy Medicine, attunements and classes.  Ellen understands that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and communicate with Spirit.  She is passionate about helping others to discover and embrace their Higher Selves.  Her goal is to reconnect you with the part of you that is Divine, and make appropriate choices for your life.
